As we get into the heart of Fall, we look forward to the many winter activities that are on the horizon here in Stowe. We have included some 2022/23 updates so that you are prepared for what's new at Stowe Mountain Resort.

Stowe may be a four-season paradise, but it’s in winter that the mountain really comes alive. Explore some of our favorite things to do in Stowe, Vermont each winter:
SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING
Stowe Mountain Resort can’t be beat for skiing and snowboarding in the Northeast! Mountain Mansfield and Spruce Peak have a vast terrain of beginner, intermediate and advanced ski trails. Don’t take our word for it, come and experience it! Please see www.stowe.com for tickets.
CROSS COUNTRY SKIING AND SNOWSHOEING
Many of the cross country and snowshoeing trails overlap. We love Trapp Family Lodge Outdoor Center for both. They have rentals right on site and a variety of serene trails in the woods.
ICE SKATING
Stowe Arena is an indoor ice skating facility located in downtown Stowe. There are public skating sessions in winter and summer.
New 6-Pack Lift
The new Sunrise Lift will replace the Mountain Triple, and extend down to the base lodge eliminating the need for a steep hike up metal stairs to access the lift.
Paid Parking Policy for 2022-23
Stowe Mountain Resort is unveiling a new parking system this year. There is now a mix of paid parking, free parking, and carpool and transit options with incentives, as outlined below.

Non-Holiday: FREE

Carpool of four or more in one vehicle Friday - Sunday and holidays: FREE

8AM-2PM, Friday - Sunday and during holiday periods: $30 flat rate (if fewer than four people in one vehicle).

All lots are paid with the exception of the Cross Country Center and Toll House lots.

FREE Lots: Cross Country Center and Toll House area lots which will remain free seven days a week.

Complimentary Shuttle service will be online to transport guests from the Cross Country Center to the resort.
