If you discover a lower qualifying rate for the same itinerary on a third-party platform, please submit a claim within 24 hours of your booking at sunandskiinn.com.
To qualify for a price match, the lower rate must be an exact match to your original reservation. This includes the same dates, room type, guest count, and cancellation policies.
To begin the process, you must have a confirmed reservation booked directly through Sun & Ski Inn and Suites. To ensure a successful claim, please verify that the competing rate is an exact match to your original booking. This includes:
- Accommodation Details: The same room category and guest count.
- Stay Specifics: Identical check-in/check-out dates and total duration.
- Booking Policies: Matching cancellation and guarantee terms.
- All claims are reviewed in accordance with our full Best Rate Guarantee Terms.
We are more than happy to accommodate your request. You may still submit a claim, provided it aligns with our Best Rate Guarantee terms and is initiated within 24 hours of securing your reservation with us.
Our Best Rate Guarantee is designed to be straightforward and fair. When assessing a claim, we focus on the base room rate to ensure an "apples-to-apples" comparison. To qualify, please note the following:
- Base Rate Focus: The guarantee applies specifically to the room rate. It excludes supplementary charges such as service fees, gratuities, or incidental costs.
- Tax Consistency: We compare rates where the underlying required taxes and fees are identical.
- Display Differences: Because different digital platforms use varied formatting, price discrepancies resulting solely from how a site rounds or displays its totals (rather than a lower base cost) are not eligible.
